Decustik slatted panels in slat format are designed to be installed on interior ceilings and walls. In addition to their aesthetics, they improve the acoustic performance within the room by reducing reverberation.
Aesthetically, they feature a linear design, suitable for mounting both horizontally and vertically, or in a combination of both directions, offering great freedom in the final finish.
With slatted panels in slat format, we obtain a resistant and easy-to-clean product.

The supporting material is MDF (medium-density fibreboard), either standard or fire-retardant. Surface finishes can be raw, melamine, veneered with natural wood, varnished, or lacquered. This panel format also allows for the possibility of combining two finishes in the same panel. For other options, please enquire.
The slatted panels incorporate an acoustic veil on the back to enhance sound-absorbing qualities.

We manufacture the slats in a standard size of 2400x128x32 mm. Our slatted panels offer a wide variety of materials and finishes.

Slat length: 2400mm.
Slat modulation: 128mm.
Thickness (excluding the rear chamber): 32mm, for both wall and ceiling applications.
We test our acoustic panels in certified laboratories to confirm the absorption coefficients of our acoustic panels. This way, we can create high-performance acoustic absorption panels.
Depending on materials and finishes, we can supply panels with fire behaviour up to class B according to the UNE-EN 13501 standard.
For special projects, we can manufacture highly customised solutions.

Based on slats where the assembly system is tongue and groove.

Simplified wall and ceiling mounting by simply changing the accessories.

Tested in certified laboratories to confirm the level of absorption.

Customised materials, designs and finishes.

We can produce panels with levels of fire resistance up to Class B-s2,d0.

Solid system, resistant to impacts.

Installation system
Nailed and glued

When assembled with alternate joints you must apply white glue for wood on the ends of the slats to minimize the opening of the joints.

Install a T24 profile structure made of main runners, 600mm cross tee and wall angle profiles correctly aligned and leveled.
